The Postgraduate Diploma in Management is a 2-semester programme designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in the field of management. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students will gain a thorough understanding of core management principles and practices, enabling them to effectively lead teams and organizations. The programme covers a wide range of subjects including strategic management, human resource management, financial management, marketing, and operations management.

1. To enhance students’ management competencies by providing a solid foundation in key management principles and practices.
2. To develop leadership skills through interactive learning experiences and practical exercises, enabling them to effectively lead and inspire others.
3. To equip students with the ability to think strategically, analyze business contexts, and make informed decisions to achieve organizational objectives.
4. To enhance business acumen through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical case studies, students will develop a strong business acumen, enabling them to understand the intricacies of the business world and make informed business decisions.
5. To foster students’ professional development by providing opportunities for networking, industry exposure, and career guidance, enabling them to successfully navigate their careers in the dynamic and challenging corporate environment.

To be admitted for the programme, candidate must have 5 O’Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or its equivalent that should include English and Mathematics;
i. Higher National Diploma (HND)
ii. Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree in any field.
iii. NYSC certificate (discharge, exemption or exclusion) for Nigerian candidates.

Iconic University charges modest fees that give learners the chance to pay per semester only. Nigerian candidates seeking admission will pay an application fee of N15,000 and $40 would be paid by international applicants.
